Resort Condo Services LLC, has been providing rental management services here on the beach in PCB since 2005. We currently manage units at Sunrise, Calypso and Celadon and Emerald Beach.
Each year, we have expanded our business and two years ago added a full-time rental manager to handle the increased demand and to help market our services to a broader audience of renters. We are currently looking to add a few more Sunrise units to our inventory in order to meet our anticipated increased Spring and Summer demands, especially with the continued growth in Panama City and increasing excitement over all of the new attractions and the our new airport!!
If you are not totally satisfied with Resort Quest or your other rental management firm, we would definitely like to talk with you. We can demonstrate via our condo’s unit rental revenue history, our owner’s personal recommendations, and our renter’s guestbook feedback, that we will exceed the results of your current provider. In particular, our owner’s appreciate the simplicity of our rental agreement, the flexibility of our management terms, and our personal attention and responsiveness. Our goal is to help owners maximine their rental revenue while providing great service.
We provide full guest services including accepting credit card payments (at no charge to the owner). We provide advertising for your unit on VRBO, HomeAway, Craigslist.org, and our own websites. In addition, we also use mass emails and postal mailings as well as newspapers and radio advertising.
Our program gives you peace of mind that your minor maintenance services and 24-hour on-call emergency services will be taken care of and our linen program provides all of your bedroom, bath, and kitchen linens at a very reasonable fee.
We have a flexible policy to allow you to book your unit for you, your family, your friends, or a revenue producing rental that you have booked yourself. We’ll even schedule the cleaning for you!
We do not force you to provide prime rental weeks for free to other rental agents. We do not charge you a fee to cancel the agreement or to re-instate our it
We do not book 2 and 3 day rentals in the middle of your prime summer rental weeks! We proactively monitor your unit reservations to determine optimum pricing to maximize revenues.
