The LIVING ROOM is a gathering place for everyone that features a bright, comfortable sofa that opens into a queen sleeper. It faces a TV with a DVD player and VCR (remember those?) There’s a big coffee table to rest your feet on, or for big bowls of popcorn while you relax watching a favorite movie after a day on the beach. It has 2 comfy armchairs to sink into. This condo has a warm, welcoming décor, with tile floors everywhere except the master bedroom and private bunk room.

As with all our condominiums, this one comes with premium cable, including free HBO. Look thru the family movies, or bring some of your favorites. There’s a stereo system to listen to during dinner. Walk out onto the spacious balcony and enjoy a spectacular view of the beach and the gulf with floor to ceiling sliding doors. Relax, have a seat, and listen to the waves as you view a spectacular sunset. Or have breakfast on the balcony while you make plans for the day. Watch for a pod of dolphins, or sandpipers poking holes in the sand. Surf the web on the high speed internet, or check Facebook to see if ANYONE is having more fun than you!

The MASTER BEDROOM features a really comfortable king size bed and private bath. Like the living room, it is has a warm, comfortable décor. There’s a TV with all the channels that you get in the living room. There’s another DVD player in the Master, so you don’t have to suit everyone’s movie taste at once. Close the doors to the armoire to forget there’s a TV in the room. There’s plenty of space for clothes and luggage in the large closet. Walk out onto the balcony for a little stargazing before you call it a day. You’ll wake up in the morning to great views of the beach. The private master bath has 2 sinks and an oversized corner tub, with a separate walk in shower. The toilet is in a room to itself.

Walk into the private BUNK ROOM and you think there’s one twin bed. Look underneath, and pull out a 2nd twin, making this room as perfect for 1 person as it is for 2. It’s bright and cheery, with plenty of floor space for board games. There’s yet another TV and DVD player in the bunk room as well.

The open gourmet KITCHEN area looks out over the water, and features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and appliances. Whether it’s for a big ‘bacon & eggs’ breakfast, warming up leftovers from Sharky’s Restaurant and Beach Club, or your own favorite spaghetti recipe – you’ve got the dishes, pots and pans, and utensils you’ll need. Bar seating makes it easy to supervise the cook!

The LAUNDRY closet has a full size, stackable washer and dryer, for all those swimsuits, beach towels, and ball uniforms.

Along with the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room, this beachfront condominium sleeps 6 comfortably. There are 2 full baths.
