You’ll love this funky, eclectic penthouse condominium right on Panama City Beach. Along with a great décor, this condo has 2 King beds and 2 twins on the floor, rather than bunks. Much more comfortable for adults, or for “the little ones” that you don’t want climbing onto an upper bunk.

The LIVING ROOM is large and comfortable. There’s a sofa that opens into a queen sleeper, a wonderful leather lounger, and a comfy armchair to sink into. There are beautiful heavy drapes, so if someone does sleep on the sleeper sofa, it’s easy to block out the morning sun. There’s a TV, DVD player, and stereo in a beautiful inlayed entertainment center. Like all our condos, it has premium cable channels, including several free HBO channels. It has high speed WIRELESS internet service, so multiple laptops can be used throughout the condo. Listen to music during dinner, or surf the internet before heading to Sharky’s Beach Club, just 2 doors away. The spacious balcony has a spectacular view of the beach and the gulf with floor to ceiling sliding doors. Have a glass of wine while you relax on the balcony, or a cup of coffee while you watch the early morning beachcombers.

The MASTER BEDROOM features a comfortable King size bed, private bath, and a TV with DVD player. The linens are a rich, tropical mix of apricot and olive green. There is a pair of beautiful lamps for the bedside tables. This is a great hideaway – flip thru a magazine, surf the internet, watch a movie. All bedrooms get the same channels, including the HBO channels, as the living room. There’s a large walk-in closet, so plenty of space for swimsuits, shorts, and sundresses. You’ll have great views of the beach where, once again, you can walk out onto the balcony. Take a pair of binoculars with you, to watch for a pod of dolphins. The private master bath has 2 sinks and an oversized tub. Check out the wall in the master bathroom – an artist owns this unit!

The SECOND MASTER has a 2nd King size bed and a 3rd TV with DVD player. This bedroom continues the apricot/olive green color scheme found throughout the condo. Slip away from the family room to catch up on reading, surf the internet, or watch a movie.

The BUNK ROOM has 2 twin beds on the floor – no bunks or ladders. There’s a 4th TV and DVD player, with all those same cable channels, plus the wireless internet service.

The open gourmet KITCHEN area looks out over the water and features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and appliances. There’s a large pantry for storage right beside the fridge. The kitchen has dishes, pots and pans, utensils, a coffee pot, blender, toaster – whatever you need, whether it’s a quick sandwich or your favorite spaghetti recipe. Bar seating makes it easy for everyone to grab a quick snack or a full meal.

The DINING AREA comfortably seats six, plus there are two stools at the bar. The table has a lazy susan – perfect for an assortment of jams and syrups for your Sunday morning pancake breakfast!

The LAUNDRY has a full size washer and dryer, for all those swimsuits, beach towels, and ball uniforms.
