Stay close to Pier Park and the Frank Brown Park ball fields in this roomy, light-filled condominium on the 20th floor. This “amenity filled” condo has Wi-Fi, 4 TVs – 3 are new flat screen TVs – and 4 DVD players. The master bath has a whirlpool tub.

The LIVING ROOM is large and comfortable, with a sofa, loveseat, and matching chair with ottoman. The furniture is rattan with a palm tree design on the cushions, so you get the beach feel before you even go out to the balcony. The sofa opens into a queen sleeper. There’s a 40” flat screen TV with DVD player mounted to the wall. Like all our condos, it has premium cable channels, including free HBO. A stereo system and high speed wireless internet service make you feel right at home. Listen to music during dinner, or surf the internet before heading to Sharky’s Beach Club, just 2 doors away. The spacious balcony has a spectacular view of the beach and the gulf with floor to ceiling sliding doors. Have a glass of wine while you relax on the balcony, or a cup of coffee while you watch the early morning beachcombers.

The MASTER BEDROOM features a comfortable king size bed, private bath, and a 32” flat screen TV with DVD player. The furniture is the same type of rattan beach furniture found in the living room, with a wonderful pair of coral lamps on each bedside table. There’s a large dresser with 7 drawers, along with a large walk-in closet, so plenty of space for swimsuits, shorts, and sundresses. You’ll have great views of the beach where, once again, you can walk out onto the balcony. (You can see the Dan Russell Pier!) The private master bath has 2 sinks and an oversized JETTED tub.

The SECOND MASTER has a comfortable Queen size bed and a 3rd flat screen TV with DVD player. Slip away from the living room to catch up on reading, surf the internet, or watch a movie.

The BUNK ROOM has a twin trundle bed. It looks like an inviting daybed when you walk into the room, but pull out the mattress underneath, and you’ve got a 2nd twin bed. There’s a chest with drawers underneath the 4th TV and DVD player, so you’ve got storage, plus a great place for the kids.

The open gourmet KITCHEN area looks out over the water and features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and appliances. There’s a large pantry for storage right beside the fridge. The kitchen has dishes, pots and pans, utensils, a coffee pot, blender, toaster – whatever you need, whether it’s a breakfast of Eggs Benedict or Pop-Tarts. Bar seating makes it easy for everyone to grab a quick snack or a full meal.

The DINING AREA comfortably seats four, plus there are two stools at the bar. Remove the placemats for a game of Fish.

The LAUNDRY has a full size washer and dryer, for all those swimsuits, beach towels, and ball uniforms.

The 2 bedrooms and bunk room, along with a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room, allows this comfortable, family friendly condominium to sleep 8 comfortably. There are 2 full baths.
