Stay in 1565 square feet of luxury, in this beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bath end unit, with a large wrapped balcony overlooking the white sand beaches and emerald green waters of Panama City Beach. You’ll love all this bright, sunny space, along with a great view!

The large LIVING ROOM, with sliding glass doors on the front and east side, is bright and sunny, with plenty of space for the family or 3 couples. There’s a really comfortable loveseat and sofa, which makes into a queen sleeper. There are 2 large, comfortable swivel armchairs – perfect for conversation, watching TV, or enjoying the wonderful view. The beautiful beach décor and incredible views will make you want to stay forever! Kick back and watch the 26” flat screen TV with numerous cable channels, including free HBO. Obviously there’s a remote that can switch channels from anywhere in the room. And there’s a DVD player so you can watch your favorite movies. Logon to the WIRELESS internet – the service is free! - and see what band is playing at Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge. Walk out onto the spacious balcony and enjoy a spectacular view of the beach and the gulf with floor to ceiling sliding doors on the front AND side. Relax and listen to the waves, or have breakfast on the balcony while you make plans for the day. See who can spot the dolphins first on their morning swim. Or just take a nap on the chaise lounger.

The MASTER BEDROOM features a really comfortable king size bed and private bath - it is elegance at the beach! There are bedside tables with lamps on each side. There’s a large dresser with plenty of storage space. You’ll wake up in the morning to great views of the beach where, once again, you can walk out onto the balcony. There’s a flat screen TV with DVD player, along with all the channels that you get in the living room. Since this wonderful condominium is wireless, you can surf the net in here as well. There’s still more storage space in the HUGE walk-in closet. The private master bath has 2 sinks, an oversized JETTED garden tub, and a separate shower with bench.

The SECOND BEDROOM is bright and cheery, thanks to a large window on the eastern side. There is a comfortable Queen size bed, and plenty of closet space for everything you’ve brought to the beach, including pullout shelves in the closet. This large bedroom is a great hideaway - catch up on your favorite book, watch cable on the flat screen TV, pop in that movie you never caught at the theatre (there’s a DVD player in all 3 bedrooms), or surf the internet. This bedroom, like the master, has a private bathroom.

The THIRD BEDROOM is pretty, bright, and comfortable, with a queen size bed, another flat screen TV with DVD player, and it’s own large closet. The shared 3rd bathroom, right around the corner, is a FULL BATH as well.

The open gourmet KITCHEN has a ton of light, with great views all around. It has beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and stainless appliances. The bar is enormous! Whether it’s a quick snack, warming up leftovers from Pineapple Willy’s, or trying Emeril’s Key Lime Pie Recipe – you’ve got the dishes, pots and pans, and utensils you’ll need. Bar seating makes it easy for everyone to grab a quick snack or a full meal, and the bar is a great place to serve appetizers and cocktails.

The DINING AREA comfortably seats six, plus 4 swivel bar stools, so the family can share meals, talk about the ‘one that got away’ while fishing off the Dan Russell Pier, and plan tomorrow’s excursion. (Maybe rent jet skis and tour the bay?) There is a large window facing east in the dining area.

The LAUNDRY has a full size washer and dryer, for all those shorts, swimsuits, beach towels, and ball uniforms.

The 3 bedrooms, along with the queen sleeper sofa, allow this fantastic condominium to sleep 8 comfortably. There are 3 full baths.
