Spend your vacation in this roomy, extra comfortable condominium on the 18th floor, located directly on the World’s Most Beautiful Beach. With a bunk bed that sleeps 3, this family friendly condominium accommodates 9 people. This beautiful condominium was updated with new paint, carpet, and master linens in November 2012.

The LIVING ROOM is the family gathering spot that features a comfortable loveseat and matching sofa, which opens into a queen sleeper. There’s a beautiful entertainment center to hide the 42" flat screen TV and DVD player. There is premium cable TV, including free HBO. There’s a stereo system and high speed internet service – plenty to keep you entertained for those days when you’ve had too much “fun in the sun”! The spacious balcony has a spectacular view of the beach and the gulf with floor to ceiling sliding doors. Relax with an evening cocktail and listen to the waves, or have breakfast on the balcony while you make plans for the day. Watch the early morning beachcombers, who don’t even notice the pod of dolphins swimming in the distance.

The MASTER BEDROOM features a really comfortable king size bed and private bath. It has big, oversized West Indies furniture. There’s a large dresser with a mirror and plenty of drawer space, along with a 2nd TV and DVD player. There’s more space for beachwear and luggage in the large walk-in closets. You’ll wake up in the morning to great views of the beach where, once again, you can walk out onto the balcony. The private master bath has 2 sinks and an oversized tub.

The SECOND MASTER has a comfortable Queen size bed, a chest with 4 drawers for swimsuits and lingerie, and plenty of closet space. This large bedroom is a great hideaway – flip thru a magazine, finish your beach novel, or watch TV.

The BUNK ROOM has a full on the lower/twin on the upper bunk, so it will sleep 3. But it’s also great for an adult, who finds a twin bed just a bit too small. There’s a 4th TV in the bunk room.

The open gourmet KITCHEN area looks out over the water and features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and appliances. Cook a big breakfast, or grab a sandwich at lunch - you’ve got the dishes, pots and pans, and utensils you’ll need. Bar seating makes it easy for everyone to grab a quick snack or a full meal. And a large pantry holds all those groceries.

The DINING AREA comfortably seats four, plus there are three stools at the bar. Share a meal and tell stories about your favorite part of the day. Hopefully someone built a sand castle, or took a banana boat ride. Head afterwards to Pier Park to browse the shops, or to listen to live music at Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge.

The LAUNDRY has a full size washer and dryer, for all those swimsuits, beach towels, and ball uniforms.

The 2 bedrooms and bunk room, along with a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room, allows this comfortable, family friendly condominium to sleep 9 comfortably. There are 2 full baths.
