This beautiful 3rd floor condominium is perfect for a couple or small family, and is only 1 floor above the parking garage walkover. It has great views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico, and you’ll love the sunsets!

The LIVING ROOM has a comfortable micro suede sofa, which opens into a queen sleeper. There is a matching recliner – both are perfectly situated for watching TV, or enjoying the spectacular view of the beach and the gulf. There’s a DVD player, in case you get tired of watching the numerous cable channels, including HBO. There’s a big coffee table, and a side table with a lamp on each side of the sofa - perfect for reading. There’s plenty of space on the floor for the kids to play one of the board games that you’ll find under the TV.

Surf the web on the high speed internet, and find some tips for improving your tennis game – Celadon Beach Resort is one of the few resorts on the beach with tennis courts. Walk out onto the balcony thru the floor to ceiling sliding doors. Watch for parasailing activity, dolphins, or children building sand castles. Enjoy a spectacular sunset in the evening.

The MASTER BEDROOM features a comfortable King size bed and private bath. The comforter has a beautiful beach motif with peaches, greens, and aqua on a white background. There’s a TV with all the channels that you get in the living room, and another DVD player. There’s a large dresser with several drawers, and plenty of space for clothes and luggage in the large closet. The master bath is private, with a combination tub/shower. The bathroom walls are painted a bright, cheerful coral.

The hall BUNK AREA has built-in twin bunk beds, with bright apple green comforters. The 2nd bathroom, painted in the same apple green, has a walk-in shower with a bench.

The bright white, open KITCHEN area looks out over the water, and features beautiful Corian countertops with attractive cabinets and appliances. Cook as little or as much as you want - you’ve got the dishes, pots and pans, and utensils you’ll need. The raised bar is a great area to serve drinks, or use as a snack area for the kids.

The DINING AREA comfortably seats four, plus there are two bar stools.

The LAUNDRY closet has a full size, stackable washer and dryer, for all those swimsuits, beach towels, and ball uniforms.

Along with the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room, this beachfront condominium sleeps 6 comfortably. There are 2 full baths.
