Spend your vacation in this bright, tropical 3rd floor condominium on the quiet West end of Panama City Beach. It has great views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico, and you’ll love the sunsets! This is a perfect vacation spot for a couple or small family.

The LIVING ROOM features a bright, comfortable loveseat and matching sofa, with a wonderful tropical pattern. The sofa opens into a queen sleeper. It faces a TV with a DVD player and VCR (remember those?) There’s a big coffee table for bowls of popcorn while you relax watching a favorite movie, and a comfy armchair to sink into as well. There’s plenty of space on the floor for the kids to play one of the board games that you’ll find under the TV. Enjoy a spectacular view of the beach and the gulf with floor to ceiling sliding doors.

As with all our condominiums, this one comes with premium cable, including free HBO. Look thru the family movies, or bring some of your favorites. There’s a stereo system to listen to during dinner. Surf the web on the high speed WIRELESS internet, and check Facebook to see if ANYONE is having more fun than you! Walk out onto the balcony and have a seat, and enjoy a cocktail as you view a spectacular sunset. Watch for a pod of dolphins, or sandpipers poking holes in the sand. Or nap on the chaise lounger, as the sound of the waves put you to sleep.

The MASTER BEDROOM features a really comfortable King size bed and private bath. The bed linens, like the living room, have a bright, tropical feel. There’s a TV with all the channels that you get in the living room. There’s another DVD player in the Master, so you don’t have to suit everyone’s movie taste at once. Since you have wireless internet service, surf the web from this room as well. There’s a large dresser with 9 drawers, and plenty of space for clothes and luggage in the large closet. The master bath is private, with a combination tub/shower. It has a wall-mounted hairdryer, so you can leave yours at home.

The hall BUNK AREA has built-in twin bunk beds. Be sure and look underneath for beach toys. The 2nd bathroom has a walk-in shower, with a bench.

The bright white, open KITCHEN area looks out over the water, and features beautiful Corian countertops with attractive cabinets and appliances. Whether it’s for a big ‘bacon & eggs’ breakfast, warming up leftovers from The Pasta Grill, or your own special pasta recipe – you’ve got the dishes, pots and pans, and utensils you’ll need. Bar seating makes it easy to supervise the cook!

The DINING AREA comfortably seats four, plus there are three bar stools.

The LAUNDRY closet has a full size, stackable washer and dryer, for all those swimsuits, beach towels, and ball uniforms.

Along with the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room, this beachfront condominium sleeps 6 comfortably. There are 2 full baths.

Like all of our Celadon Beach Resort condos, it comes with FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE, March 1 – October 31.

STANDARD RATES

Minimum number of required nights must be met on all daily rentals.  Weekly and monthly rates are ALL-INCLUSIVE (no additional charge for tax and cleaning fees).  Daily rates add a taxable cleaning fee.  Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
