The LIVING ROOM features a “beach chic” sofa in a classic summer stripe, which opens into a queen sleeper. There’s a trunk style coffee table and end table, across from an armoire in the corner to hide the TV and DVD player when the doors are closed. There’s a large, leather recliner – perfect for watching ESPN and all the other premium cable channels, including HBO. There’s plenty of space on the floor for the kids to play one of the board games that you’ll find under the TV. Enjoy a spectacular view of the beach and the gulf with floor to ceiling sliding doors.

Look thru the family movies, or bring some of your favorites. Surf the web on the high speed WIRELESS internet, and check Facebook to see if ANYONE is having more fun than you! Walk out onto the balcony and have a seat, and enjoy a cocktail as you view a spectacular sunset. Watch for a pod of dolphins, or sandpipers poking holes in the sand. Decide if this is the week that you’ll try parasailing.

The MASTER BEDROOM features a comfortable King size bed and private bath. This room has bright walls and bright white furniture – a beautiful room to wake up to! There’s a TV with all the channels that you get in the living room. There’s another DVD player in the Master, so you don’t have to suit everyone’s movie taste at once. Since you have wireless internet service, surf the web from this room as well. There’s a large chest with 5 drawers, and 3 more drawers under the TV in the armoire. The large closet gives you plenty of space for luggage and hanging clothes. The master bath is private, with a combination tub/shower.

The hall BUNK AREA has built-in twin bunk beds, with custom drapes to provide privacy – why hasn’t everyone thought of this! Be sure and look underneath for beach toys. The 2nd bathroom has a walk-in shower, with a bench.

The bright white, open KITCHEN area looks out over the water, and features beautiful Corian countertops with attractive cabinets and appliances. It is supplied with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, coffee pot, toaster, blender – whatever you need to provide a quick snack, or gourmet meal. Bar seating makes it easy to supervise the cook!

The DINING AREA comfortably seats four, plus there are three bar stools.

The LAUNDRY closet has a full size, stackable washer and dryer, for all those swimsuits, beach towels, and ball uniforms.

Along with the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room, this beachfront condominium sleeps 6 comfortably. There are 2 full baths.
