This is a great condominium for 2 couples! It is on the 6th floor, across the street from Pier Park. There are King beds in each bedroom, and 2 sleeper sofas. In case you get tired of eating at all the great restaurants across the street, it has a huge kitchen!

The LIVING ROOM features a large rolled-arm sofa in a bright summer pattern that opens into a queen sleeper. There is a loveseat that opens into a double sleeper, along with a large leather, swivel recliner. The room is arranged for excellent TV viewing and conversation, and the 2 large lamps provide great spots for reading. The entertainment armoire contains an oversize TV with a multitude of premium cable channels – including several free HBO channels – and there’s a remote that can switch channels from anywhere in the room. A DVD player and VCR allows you to play your favorite movies. Listen to the stereo while you prepare dinner, or surf the web for recipes on the high speed internet – that service is free as well. Enjoy a spectacular view of the beach and the gulf with floor to ceiling sliding doors.

Walk out onto the balcony overlooking the white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You’ll also have a wonderful view of the pools, and the Dan Russell Pier directly to the west. Watch for a pod of dolphins, or catch some boats in the distance. Have cocktails while you watch the spectacular sunsets. In the morning, have breakfast on the balcony while you plan how much, or how little, you’ll do that day.

The MASTER BEDROOM features a comfortable King size bed and private bath. This suite has beautiful ivory colored furniture and custom drapes. There’s a TV with all the channels that you get in the living room. A 2nd DVD player is in the Master, so you don’t have to suit everyone’s movie taste at once. Slip away to read or flip thru a magazine - there’s a reading lamp on each side of the bed. A large dresser holds plenty of T-shirts, shorts, and swimsuits, and the large walk-in closet gives you plenty of space for luggage and hanging clothes. The master bath is private, with a large vanity and 2 sinks in the beautiful granite tops. There is a shower in the tub, and a separate walk-in corner shower, with a bench, as well. The toilet is in a room to itself.

The 2nd MASTER BEDROOM also features a King size bed, and has similar ivory colored furniture as the master. There’s a 3rd TV with all the channels that you get in the living room, along with a 3rd DVD player. This bedroom also has a large dresser, along with a large closet, so there’s plenty of storage. The 2nd bath can be accessed from this bedroom or the hall.

The large, open KITCHEN area looks out over the water, and features beautiful granite countertops with attractive white cabinets and appliances. It is supplied with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, coffee pot, toaster, blender – whatever you need to whip up a quick snack, or a gourmet meal. Or make it really easy and go across the street to Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville!

The DINING AREA comfortably seats four, plus there are 4 bar stools at the raised bar.

The LAUNDRY room has a full size washer and dryer, for all those swimsuits, beach towels, and ball uniforms.

Along with the 2 pull out sleeper sofas in the living room, this beachfront condominium sleeps 4 - 8 comfortably. There are 2 full baths.
