You can’t beat this location on the quiet West end of Panama City Beach, also close to Frank Brown Park. The LIVING ROOM features a large rolled-arm sofa that opens into a queen sleeper, and a matching armchair. There are 2 large table lamps on each end of the sofa and next to the armchair – both are excellent spots for reading. There’s a TV, DVD player, and stereo in the living room. As with all our condominiums, you’ll get premium cable TV, including free HBO. You can log onto the FREE high speed internet – the service is FREE – and see what bands are playing at Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge. Enjoy a spectacular view of the beach and the gulf with floor to ceiling sliding doors. Walk out onto the balcony and have a seat, and enjoy a cocktail as you view a spectacular sunset. You’ll have a wonderful view of the pools below, and the Dan Russell Pier directly to the west. Watch for a pod of dolphins, or catch some boats in the distance. The MASTER BEDROOM features a comfortable King size bed and private bath. There’s a TV with all the channels that you get in the living room. A 2nd DVD player is in the Master, so you don’t have to suit everyone’s movie taste at once. A large dresser with 9 drawers holds plenty of shorts and swimsuits, and 3 more drawers are in the nightstand. The large closet gives you plenty of space for luggage and hanging clothes. The master bath is private, with a combination tub/shower. There is carpet in the master bedroom - the remaining floors are ‘easy to care for’ tile. The hall BUNK AREA has built-in twin bunk beds, with a drawer for storage underneath. The 2nd bathroom has a walk-in shower instead of a tub. The open KITCHEN area looks out over the water, and features beautiful granite countertops with attractive white cabinets and stainless appliances. It is supplied with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, coffee pot, toaster, blender – whatever you need to whip up a quick snack, or a gourmet meal. Or make it really easy and go across the street to Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville! The DINING AREA comfortably seats four. The LAUNDRY closet has a full size, stackable washer and dryer, for all those swimsuits, beach towels, and ball uniforms.
