Amenities - What types of starter items should I expect to find in the condo?

As a courtesy, we provide you some "starter items" to get you going until you have a chance to make it to the grocery store or get your car unloaded.

In the kitchen, there will be a roll of paper towels and at least enough dishwasher detergent for one load, and there will be a trash bag in the trash can. Typically there is also dish soap, and many times there are coffee filters and salt and pepper. In each bathroom, you will also have soap and a roll of toilet paper. We do not supply shampoo, laundry detergent.

You should expect to have towels and sheets in the unit, but you will need to supply your own beach towels. Please do not remove the towels from the unit.

Bookings - Do any of your condos allow pets?

We're sorry, but all of our condos are strictly NO PETS. Not only is this our policy, but it is an HOA rule at all of the resorts we feature. Violation can result in being asked to leave immediately or board your pet, in addition to loss of deposit and additional charges for cleaning fees and damages.

Bookings - Do you have a minimum age requirement to rent a condo?

The primary renter must be 25 years old and must be staying in the unit the entire stay. Age verification may be required and anyone found in violation of this rule will be asked to leave and will forfiet any remaining rental days paid in addition to the deposit paid.

Our resorts are family-friendly and we take the minimum age policy very seriously.

Bookings - What do you really mean by all-inclusive rates?

All inclusive rates include all of your taxes and cleaning fees in addition to your condo rental fees. Typically that rate also includes beach chair service (see details for each condo to confirm). Also, there is no extra charge for paying with a credit card.

Note that some resorts charge a nominal fee for pool wrist bands, and that may not be included with your all-inclusive fees. Typically those are $1-2 per person.

Bookings - I'm trying to enter today or tomorrow as a check in date. Why won't the system won’t let me select those dates?

For a check in date of today or tomorrow you will need to contact the rental agent directly.

Bookings - What do the different colors on the booking calendar mean?

The calendar will default to the first “bookable” date for the unit you have selected which is always the day after tomorrow. It will also always default to a full week reservation with 2 adults and no children.
     Pink is booked
     White is available
     Red is a date that you have selected (based on your arrival/departure dates) that is already booked.
     Blue is a date that you have selected (based on your arrival/departure dates) that is available.

Bookings - I'm getting a message about minimum length requirements but the unit shows open for those dates. Why?

The system is set up for minimum length requirements. If there is an open spot available less than the minimum you will need to contact the rental agent to see if it can be booked for less than the required number of nights.

Bookings - Why am I getting a message when trying to reserve for a future time, "not open for bookings?"

The online booking system has a limit of how far out in the future you can book online of 365 days. For reservations beyond that date you will need to contact the rental agent.

Unlike most of Florida, Panama City Beach is actually located in the Central Time Zone.(CST)

Transportation - How can I get to Panama City Beach?

Panama City Beach is within easy driving distance of many major cities! It's located on the Northwest panhandle of Florida,and is 297 miles south of Atlanta,186 miles south of Montgomery and 340 miles north of Orlando.

There is also a beautiful new airport located just 6 miles north of the beaches! Northwest Florida Beaches International is serviced by Southwest Airlines and Delta.

Amenities - What is included with beach chair service?

Beach chair service includes 2 adjustable lounge styles chairs and an umbrella. The attendant will point out your chairs for you and can help you to adjust your umbrella throughout the day.

You may not move the chairs around or carry them down by the water. The attendants typically have all of the chairs set up and ready by 9 am and they take down umbrellas and remove the cushions around 5 pm most days.
